These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the CJP Enterprises LLC website and any marketing services we provide. By using the site or engaging us, you agree to these Terms.
Services
CJP Enterprises LLC provides marketing services for U.S. home service contractors, including website design, Google Business Profile setup, content, automations, and reviews management. Service is billed monthly in advance, starting on the day the client signs up. There is no setup fee and no free trial period. Ad spend, where applicable, is billed by the ad platform directly to the client and is not included in the monthly fee.
No long-term contract
We do not require long-term contracts. Either party may end the engagement at the close of any monthly billing cycle by giving reasonable notice via email.
Client responsibilities
- Provide accurate business information and necessary access (Google Business Profile, ad accounts, website CMS, CRM, etc.).
- Pay any third-party costs (ad spend, hosting, software) as agreed.
- Comply with applicable laws and platform policies (Google, Meta, etc.).
SMS/Text Messaging
By providing your phone number to CJP Enterprises LLC, you consent to receive text messages including appointment reminders, confirmations, and notifications. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for assistance. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
No guarantee of specific outcomes
Marketing results depend on many factors outside any single party’s control. While we put real work in and have a strong track record, we do not guarantee a specific number of calls, customers, or revenue.
Intellectual property
The client’s domain, Google Business Profile, ad accounts, reviews, leads, and any photos or content the client supplies belong to the client at all times. The website we build, including its design, code, and copy, remains the property of CJP Enterprises LLC during the engagement. A client who ends the engagement may purchase the website outright for a one-time buyout fee of $1,000, after which we transfer it to the client. If the client does not purchase it, the website is taken offline when the engagement ends. Our internal tools, templates, and workflows remain our property.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and use it only to provide services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CJP Enterprises LLC’s aggregate liability arising from or related to these Terms or the services will not exceed the fees paid by the client to CJP Enterprises LLC in the three months prior to the claim.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
